This online payment system is provided by Tamil Nadu Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd (TANFED). TANFED may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for TANFED is India.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The description of services of matchmaking is specific to your need, when you log in with your unique password. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e., before you commence your activity).
• All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The TANFED reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• Your payment will normally reach the TANFED account within two working days.
• TANFED cannot accept liability for payments not reaching the correct account due to incorrect account numbers or personal details provided by you.
• TANFED is not liable if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• In no event will TANFED be liable for damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or results of use of this site or materials.

Refund Policy

• If the customer leaves TANFED before completing their service period, no refund will be provided.
• Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the original debit/credit card used for the transaction and at the discretion of the management.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services, and websites offered by TANFED. We may post product-specific privacy notices or help materials to explain our services in detail.

TANFED reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove this privacy statement at any time. Nothing in this policy creates a contract between TANFED and users.
